We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for all boots and shoes in unworn, original condition. Please ensure your footwear is tried on exclusively on carpeted surfaces to prevent scuffing and maintain eligibility for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back in their original Grant Stone box, including all accessories like extra laces or shoe horns provided with the shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of the shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
